TWO PROJECTS OF PALILULA SUPPORTED BY LEDIB PROGRAM

In the second call for municipal development projects, LEDIB Program has supported two projects of City Municipality of Palilula: “The formation of the Project Center City Municipality of Palilula” and “Establishing a synergistic dialogue between Serbian and Bulgarian entrepreneurs / SMEs and professional organizations to develop a sustainable exchange of experience”. On this occasion, was held a press conference in the hall of Media Center Nis. The planned activities and the importance of these projects for the Palilula Municipality spoke Prof. Dr. Igor Novakovic, president of CM Palilula and Carsten Lund, LEDIB programme Director, Boban Mikic, Municipal Coordinator of LEDIB Program and member of the Council of the CM Palilula.

The project “Establishment of the Project Center of City Municipality of Palilula”, according to project manager Milan Nikolic, will provide services for SMEs operating in the Palilula in strategic planning and project management application, the existing EU funds and other foreign and domestic investors, whose resources are intended for administration by developing the SME sector. Services to be provided for SMEs Project Center follow new trends in business and will help companies to improve their business. Also, by assisting in the preparation of strategic documents and applying for funs, the SME sector will be more available funds necessary for the development and improvement of operations.

The manager of another project “Establishing a synergistic dialogue between Serbian and Bulgarian entrepreneurs / SMEs and professional organizations to develop a sustainable exchange of experience”, Ljubisa Jakoviljevic, points out that the project`s importance is reflected in the successful promotion of SME sector in the territory of CM of Palilula on the EU market, as and the possibility of establishing business contacts and exchange experiences with a number of potential partners abroad. In this way, according to the order to create opportunities for making appropriate business arrangements and the development of technical cooperation, which would ultimately result in increasing the profitability of the entire SME sector that operates in the territory of City Municipality of Palilula.
